Lodging and EME Airport Shuttles are Filling Up Quickly

As COVID restrictions lift, hotels in Vail are booking up more quickly than usual. EME airport shuttles are also booking quickly.

Transportation will be provided from the Lodge at Vail for the 30 minute drive at 4pm sharp.
Due to the remote nature and winding mountain roads, Camp Hale asks that you please utilize the shuttles and do not drive.
Parking at The Lodge at Vail is very limited for guests not lodging there, and costs $50 per vehicle. Please allow ample time to use the Vail Bus or park in the Vail Parking Structure if not staying at the Lodge.
Uber is unreliable in Vail.
RETURN SHUTTLES available throughout the evening from approximately 9:30-11:30PM back to the Lodge at Vail

Temperatures at 9,200 feet in August can vary from 40-80 degrees. Please check the weather for Red Cliff, CO and dress accordingly.
Transportation will be provided from the Lodge at Vail at 4pm sharp.
The ceremony will be held outdoors, and the reception will take place inside a heated tent.
Please note that there is a grass path between the ceremony island and the reception tent.
Camp Hale recommends steering away from spiked heels for ease of walking!
An oversized golf cart will be available for guests who need extra assistance.
